Ali has had a fight at school and is sitting in his room in a bad mood. His father Ayan comes to pacify him and starts telling him a story when he and his brother Hamza had to undertake a journey by road together to meet their ailing father. The film moves in a flashback showing Ayan and Hamza by a cliff. While Ayan is on a call, Hamza practices a trick with a bottle that falls into Ayan’s bag. As he takes it out, he gets a view of their mother’s photo. The raged Ayan sees Hamza seeing the photo and pushes him away, warning him not to touch his stuff again. As they continue their journey, the bored Hamza keeps on chattering to the arrogant Ayan who scolds him and tells him to keep quiet. Hamza then tells him how he never gets bored with his best friend Ashir. Ayan mocks him for having a friendship with a kid. Hamza keeps on asking him about his best friend which leaves Ayan with no answer.
Just then, the car’s tire bursts and while Ayan mends it, Hamza shows magic tricks to the local children. Ayan scolds him and they have a small quarrel. They stop at a roadside Dhaba where they meet a group of girls. Ayan has a quarrel with Nisha, but later that night they talk it out and Ayan feels good about her. Ayan now turns light-hearted. He talks to Hamza, gives him their mother’s photo, and breaks down telling him why he is the way he is but Hamza had fallen asleep by then.
The next day, Ayan is a changed person. He bonds well with Hamza and they enjoy the entire road trip. Reaching home, Ayan has a light-hearted conversation with his Dad and they hug their differences out.
